If the neon tube/Cold cathode tube doesnt light up then you know the tube is faulty its as easy as that. Remove the faulty tube and link it out in series with H/T cable so that you can leave the working tubes illuminated during the repair of the neon tube.

Please note : Occasionally these are not supplied with the pleather pouch.
